    Dear Mike,
I just want to say how much I appreciate you and the work you do. I am a member of Unity of Walnut Creek. And when you came 1 1/2 years ago I thought you were awesome. But when you returned this last time I was even more moved. I went into the bookcenter after your talk and bought your book Focus on the good stuff. As I was walking to the store my husband stopped me and asked why I wanted to get your book. He reminded me that I always say that between Unity and my 12 step groups I get all I need. And I told him that I beleieved that God was directing me to get your book. And thanks for signing it. Well that was just the begining. I went home that Sunday and started to read your book. And I continued to reading it daily. I did all of the excerises. Each one helped me so much. The truth is I have done these types of exercises for the past 16 years @ Unity or in my 12 step programs, also with success. But I had become stuck in FEAR around asking people to be on my Avisory board and board of Directors for my Cooking with Kids Foundation. I know that in reading and doing the excerises my fear took a back seat and the FAITH was back and I have been working away. Senator Tom Torlakson’s represenative is now on our board. And a Nutristionist from UC Berkeley Extention is on our board as well. I have been working daily on my foundation paper work. I will be sending off the 501 c3 forms to the IRS next week. We are going to be applying for Grants to get currculium written for the type of teaching I do now( Teaching children to cook nutritionaly good and sustainable food)and take this into the Disadvataged areas and teach the preschooler’s and their parents. I want to say how much I love baseball and would have watch you pitch and loved it. But I am so filled with gratitiude and appreciation for your writting this book and the work you do. I will look forward to your return to Unity. PS I forward your email newsletter to my sister in Montana, my nephew in Seattle, my Son Pleasant Hill and my best friend in Seattle. I wanted to share what I do with you. I have been teaching children for the past 10 years(Contra Costa and Alameda countys),to cook slow sustainable food FAST. This is my web site. http://www.cookingwithkids.biz.
Congratulations on your new baby girl I looked @ the pictures on your web site.
Blessings to you and your family,
    Chef Lynda Rexroat
