Hey Mike

Great thoughts here.

Years ago, buried in a sermon, I heard the words... "die to the need to be right". This is something that has stuck with me and has changed my life. I still stuggle but when put into practise it always helps... whether at work or at home.

Keep up the good work!

From my professional experience, over 80% of the people I have worked with have had the unconscious desire to be right because they were scared to be vulnerable. It's the ego tricking the heart and for any spiritual seeker, intending from the heart is where we feel more vulnerable.
