Thanks for another great article. Forgiving myself after screwing something up has always been hard for me too. I appreciate your insights and will be working on applying them in my own life.
I really enjoy having the audio format too. Thanks for adding that option.

Mike, I’m so glad that I found your blog!
My BFF is like a sister for me but she has some really issues as far as trusting herself is concerned. I tried to advice and be supportive but I think because I’m a warrior by nature and I’m really confident in myself it’s hard to me to understand and help her.
She doesn’t like reading….which limited my choices to audio/visual information.
