YES and NO, Are expressions of who I am at the time, if they come from a sincere place they are the same. I agree, it’s not allways so clear, if there is some agenda,we want to impress, or manipulate or hide, we loose the connection with who we are, we loose the clarity, the integrity of who we are. I agree with the fact that if its not a 100percent yes its mean NO,Peoples should take the enrgy to focus on the NO GO for realy feel great about managing their own time,most of the thing peoples do its doing urgent things, and 99 pct of urgent things to do it not for us but for others, use your NO answer to get more quality time to do your IMPORTANT THINGS, thigns that get you were you want to go and feel the way yoy want,
