#1 You look pretty good in your pictures here.
I can certainly relate…….I backpacked as a lifestyle, skied, kayaked, skated for years. Then I was struck by RA over 2 years ago. What a challenge coupled with aging. I am no where close to the body of “yesteryear.”
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, there are questions that are prevalent in everyone’s mind having to do with the physical vs the spiritual and mental, emotional.
What the mind can imagine the mind can create. This integration and appreciation of ourselves as we are in totality is possible. We have learned so much about the mind being in every cell, that genetics is not the key and that we are energy and light even if very dense in the earthly form. Clearing our limiting and false beliefs (note the LIE in the middle) moves us toward our authentic self and a life of purpose.
Yes we are more than our bodies. I would invite all to experience the gift of the power of hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness, etc. in moving away from that which we do not want to that which we do want in abundance and joy. Here the “thought” creates the reality we desire, for we truly are much greater than we know.
Good commentary and personal thought! Now to experience ease and flow so that gratitude is a constant in this evolution of who we are.
Joy,
Cheryl
