Deeply touched by this article. Your story is told in such a real way. Deeply emotional and not needy. The beautiful telling is such a lesson. The issue is one I have been working the edges of for some time. The exercise feels right on and brings the question who do I want in my group when I am sharing. And there is the issue staring me in the face in another form. You mention both facilitating and sharing as roles you have played using the exercise. How is what you do different in the two roles. I am considering using the exercise do you recommend doing it without a facilitator? I will be coaching soon, as soon as I have a client. Your e-mails are an important part of my continuing growth.
Love to you and your wife,

Wow, Mike! Thanks so much - that was so inspiring. Experiencing your deep realness from this audio message offers me the courage to further step into my own! Showing up as our true selves really is the most liberating thing we can do, and the most powerful gift we can provide to those we touch. And I'm gonna do this exercise, for myself and for those in my life. My healing thoughts are with you and yours in this time as well. Thanks for sharing so much and for being you!
