This audio clip made my day! Seriously, I have been having a hard time at work and I can't seem to talk to anyone. Im glad that you were able to answer my queries within myself. I cannot thank you more.

You got me thinking here. I indeed am guilty this. I think we got used to the notion that "Life is hard." Then once things come easy we are not sure how to act upon it. This clip is a great eye-opener for me. Thank you so much!

This was such a wonderful post. Thanks a lot. I think, and I speak for myself, as you said, I feel guilty if I can't share the long journey or the cross I carried to get to the destination. Sometimes, the destination of where I want to be, just happened with little effort. I was just in rhythm. I try to relate it from that perspective, that I stayed focus and was in rhythm with the universe and that's why it came easy. People sometimes don't want to hear it, but if you talk about how you stayed focused as oppose of just saying "it just happens to me"; people sometimes become awestruck and want what you got. It really is okay for things to be easy and you have to be okay to KNOW that its okay.

Great post, Mike. And something I have been pondering A LOT lately. Although there are many ingredients to my story re ease, the one aspect that really sticks out to me at the moment is that when we express "suffering" or "difficulty" we tend to get more attention and support from others. When all is well and good, it seems people (myself included) reach out less as they see us as doing ok and not in need of that extra attention or support. This is so blatantly displayed in my experiences on Facebook. When I post super positive things, I get far less feedback than when I post "struggle" or ask for support in something I'm feeling unsure about. I appreciate my friends for wanting to be there for me and I know they love me the same if they post for me or not, however, it seems we are all conditioned to, or only really show up, when we feel we are needed. So, that said, I suppose if we were to become the champions of ease in and for others then that might promote our own validation/acknowledgment and opportunities for ease. As you have just done today! :) Thanks for sharing - this was awesome.
