Even though my 'children' are 32 and 34 I still feel the need to offer my thoughts and suggestions about their lives. On some level I feel this is ok as it shows caring but it can also backfire leaving me feeling I am responsible for their wellbeing and that I am not allowing them (in my mind) to be the intelligent adults they are. I am still a work in process.

I help guys daily that have a real issue with their hair loss. I help them by realizing that they are not in control of the fact that they are losing their hair, but they can control how they deal with it. Most guys deal with it by shaving their head. By letting go of their hair, they find true liberation.
